All information collected by BillingsRealEstate.org is for the primary purpose of providing internet access of Billings area residential properties and real estate to licensed real estate companies and individual licensed realtors. Much of this information may be used, with permission of the Realtor and/or Agency he/she represents, in the Weekly Real Estate Portfolio, a residential real estate newspaper printed weekly. The information available for ALL CONSUMERS is limited at this time to: Property Name, Address, City, Building Size, Lot Size, Year Built, Year Remodeled, Cap rate, Total Asking Price, Property Description, Zoning/Restrictions, Highlights of Property and Advertising Copy.

Use Of Information Collected
The purpose for collecting information for BillingsRealEstate.org is to better enhance our service and to better communicate with our customers. BillingsRealEstate.org does not sell customer information in any form to any third party. Personal information that is collected can be used to communicate with members via email or phone for such purposes as research, production and service development, marketing and customer service.

Advertising materials, such as banner ads and business card ads are delivered by Rim Advertising's Art Department.

Shared Information:
Every effort to preserve user privacy shall be made by Rim Advertising. In the event of legal proceedings, personal information may be disclosed during which we believe, in good faith, that such an action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding at that time based on a court order or legal process served on BillingsRealEstate.org

In the event BillingsRealEstate.org is purchased by a third party, all information obtained by BillingsRealEstate.org may be transferred into the care of that third party. If any information transferred to such a third party, it must be used for the purpose(s) it was originally intended.
